Managing Your SKUpid Subscription


Whether you're looking to upgrade to a paid subscription or cancel an existing one, we've got you covered. Please read the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth transition.

Upgrading to a Paid Subscription
Before proceeding, it's crucial to cancel any existing paid subscriptions. Refer to the instructions for canceling paid subscriptions further down in this guide.

To upgrade your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Account section.

  2. Click the Change button (top-right).

  3. Choose your desired plan from the options available.

  4. Scroll down to the Payment Methods section and select your preferred payment method.

  5. Follow the instructions provided by your payment provider to complete the upgrade process.

Canceling Existing PayPal Subscription
To cancel your existing PayPal subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your PayPal account using the credentials associated with your subscription.

  2. Go to Settings Payments Manage Automatic Payments.

  3. From the list of payments, choose the one made to your SKUpid subscription.

  4. Click on the Cancel button and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

Canceling Existing Debit/Credit Card Subscription
IMPORTANT:
If you have more than one existing paid subscription on the same account, do not proceed with these instructions.

To cancel your existing Debit/Credit card subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Account section.

  2. Click the Change button (top-right).

  3. Choose your desired plan from the options available.

  4. Follow the cancellation instructions provided on the page to complete the process.

Troubleshooting

  • Subscription Not Activated After Payment

  • If your subscription hasn't been activated after payment, please wait for up to 5 minutes for the payment gateways to notify SKUpid. If the subscription remains inactive after this time, please get in touch with us.
